Built in Ballymun · Proven in Croke Park
Where you start doesn't decide where you finish
Strength, speed and staying injury-free, for GAA, soccer and rugby players aged 12 to 18. Built the way Philly trained: one session a day, logged, tested every eight weeks.

The athlete home · live app
How it works
Open the app. Do today's session. That's it.
- 01Today's session
One clear thing to do when you open the app. No choosing, no scrolling.
- 02Follow along
Demo video, sets and reps, a rest timer, and what you did last time.
- 03Log it, earn XP
Every completed session, check-in and lesson earns XP. Effort, not talent.
- 04Test every 8 weeks
20m sprint, jump, Yo-Yo, 5k. Compared with your own last result only.
- 05Programme adjusts
Your coach sets the next block from your tests. Then it starts again.
One app, three views
Simple for the athlete. Clear for the parent. Powerful for the coach.

Five pillars, no single score. Improvement against yourself, badges for turning up, a timeline of the whole journey.

Is my child training? Progressing? Is the workload okay? Anything needing attention? When's the next test? Answered on one screen.

Who needs attention today: missed sessions, wellness flags, load spikes, tests due. One tap to the full athlete file.
Passing it on
Passing it on to the next generation.
Five things, done properly: strength and conditioning, speed, injury prevention, nutrition and performance tracking, built for growing bodies rather than cut down from an adult plan.
See the programme →The System
Five pillars. One athlete.
Everything feeds the dashboard: watch a drill, do the session, log it, level up. Content and tracking are one loop — that's what keeps a 14-year-old coming back on a wet Tuesday.
Strength & Conditioning
Age-staged training blocks and fundamental movement skills — earn the right to load before you load.
Speed & Athleticism
Sprint mechanics, agility and plyometrics. The first five metres win matches at every age grade.
Injury Prevention
Prehab routines, mobility flows and recovery habits — sleep and stretching tracked like sessions.
Nutrition
Simple fueling for growing athletes: match-day plans, hydration targets, no fad diets, ever.
Performance Tracking
Log sessions, chase PBs, build streaks and watch the graph climb. Progress you can see.

Every session is a choice. Make it.
Philly McMahon grew up in the Ballymun flats, lost his brother John to addiction, and chose a different path — one that ended with eight All-Ireland medals and a lifetime of work with young people from communities like his own.
This project is that choice, systemised: the training, recovery and fueling habits of an elite career, rebuilt for teenagers — whatever their county, club or code.

For Parents & Coaches
Built to be trusted
Age-appropriate by design
Every block is staged by age band (12–13, 14–15, 16–18). No loaded barbell work before movement standards are met.
Safeguarding first
Under-16 accounts activate only with verified parental consent. No public profiles, no private coach-to-athlete messaging, no leaderboards — ever.
Progress you can verify
Parents get a monthly report: sessions completed, testing-week results, and exactly what their athlete worked on.
Membership
Two ways in
Both include Philly's full programme, testing weeks and the parent dashboard. Under 16s join with a parent, who approves and pays.
